(Honorary) Doctor Howard makes a diagnosis

John Howard has received an honorary doctorate from Macquarie University thus allowing qualified use of the title ‘Dr’. This got me thinking about what a ‘Dr. Howard’ would treat if he were unleashed on patients – be they in human or political party form. Hope you enjoy the resulting cartoon 🙂
